Responsibilities
- Architect and implement robust AI and Machine Learning infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Lead the research and development of advanced Natural Language Processing (NLP) models and Generative AI agents.
- Define the technical roadmap for our 2026 AI initiatives, ensuring scalability, security, and ethical compliance.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate complex business requirements into cutting-edge technical solutions.
- Optimize model performance for latency and throughput in real-time applications.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and Vector Databases.
- Strong experience in cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying AI models into production environments.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
