Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant AI infrastructure using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Research & Development: Spearhead R&D efforts in large language models (LLMs) and generative adversarial networks (GANs).
- System Optimization: Optimize deep learning models for low-latency inference and high-throughput processing in production environments.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of junior engineers and data scientists, conducting rigorous code reviews and technical architecture discussions.
- Quantum Integration: Collaborate with quantum computing research teams to integrate classical and quantum algorithms.
- Strategic Planning: Define the technical roadmap for AI adoption across the company’s product suite.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Technical Stack: Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Modeling: Deep understanding of Neural Networks, NLP, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems in high-pressure environments.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
