Responsibilities
- Design and architect hybrid AI-quantum systems capable of processing exabyte-scale data in real-time.
- Lead the research and development roadmap for next-generation neural architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, quantum physicists, and hardware engineers.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and ethical AI compliance across all platforms.
- Implement and optimize deep learning models using cutting-edge frameworks.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and researchers.
- Publish white papers and patents for novel computing paradigms.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust.
- Hands-on experience with quantum computing platforms (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) or neuromorphic hardware.
- Deep understanding of deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing complex projects.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
