Job Description
Join Nexus Horizon, a pioneering force in autonomous intelligence, as we architect the software infrastructure for the year 2026. We are looking for a visionary Senior AI Architect to lead the development of next-generation multi-agent systems.
About The Role
In this pivotal role, you will define the technical roadmap for our flagship products, pushing the boundaries of Large Language Model (LLM) orchestration, real-time decision-making, and scalable distributed systems. You will bridge the gap between theoretical AI research and production-grade engineering.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable multi-agent AI frameworks designed for enterprise integration.
- Optimize inference latency and model performance using advanced quantization and caching strategies.
- Lead code reviews and mentor a team of talented backend and ML engineers.
- Collaborate with product managers to define technical requirements for future AI capabilities.
- Implement robust security protocols for autonomous agents and sensitive data handling.
- Research and integrate cutting-edge open-source models (e.g., LLaMA, Mistral) into proprietary pipelines.
- Ensure high availability and fault tolerance of critical AI infrastructure components.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years specializing in AI/ML infrastructure.
- Deep proficiency in Python, Rust, and modern containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Extensive experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus) and RAG architectures.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, concurrency, and cloud-native architecture (AWS/Azure).
- Track record of shipping complex, high-impact technical products.
