Responsibilities

- Present foresight frameworks to executive stakeholders and investor communities
- Establish cross-functional 'Future Task Forces' for rapid prototyping of 2026 scenarios
- Author quarterly Horizon Reports disseminated to industry leaders and policymakers
- Guide corporate ESG strategy aligned with 2030 sustainability targets
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or Strategic Innovation
- 7+ years in strategic foresight or technology consulting with Fortune 500 firms
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future strategy implementation
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/SCF preferred)
- Experience with horizon scanning frameworks and Delphi techniques
