Responsibilities

- Prototype Development: Lead the design and prototyping of experimental AI models and futuristic interfaces to validate new concepts.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical vision into compelling narratives for investors, executives, and product teams.
- Future-Proofing: Continuously analyze industry trends to ensure our infrastructure is scalable and resilient for the demands of 2026 and beyond.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architectural role within the AI/ML space.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Visionary Thinking: Demonstrated ability to think long-term and articulate a clear technical vision for the future.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of influencing cross-functional teams.
