Responsibilities
- Define and execute the Year 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning long-term vision with short-term tactical goals.
- Lead a high-performance team of architects and engineers to design scalable, secure, and innovative system architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to integrate emerging technologies (Quantum AI, Neural Interfaces) into core products.
- Manage multi-million dollar budgets and oversee resource allocation for high-impact R&D projects.
- Identify potential risks and mitigate them before they impact the product timeline.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, software engineering, or strategic technology planning.
- Proven track record of leading teams through complex digital transformations.
- Experience with future-forward technologies such as Generative AI, Blockchain, and Edge Computing is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD is a plus).
