Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable AI models optimized for the 2026 computing era.
- Lead the design of neural network pipelines capable of processing real-time multi-modal data streams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ethical AI governance frameworks into core infrastructure.
- Conduct deep-dive research into emerging paradigms such as Neuromorphic Computing.
- Mentor junior engineers and define coding standards for high-performance AI libraries.
- Optimize hardware-software co-design for energy-efficient inference.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specializing in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Rust.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale machine learning projects from conception to deployment.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/GCP), and edge devices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
