Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the development of scalable AI infrastructure designed to support operations through 2026 and beyond.
- Lead a team of data scientists and engineers in deploying advanced machine learning models, including LLMs and predictive analytics.
- Define technical standards and best practices for data security, privacy, and ethical AI usage.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Monitor system performance and implement optimizations to ensure 99.99% uptime.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specializing in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or equivalent deep learning frameworks.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of MLOps, data pipelines, and distributed systems architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
