Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the research and development of next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) and Multimodal AI systems.
- Architect scalable infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data processing in real-time.
- Define the ethical guidelines and safety protocols for autonomous AI agents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into consumer and enterprise products.
- Publish high-impact research papers to establish thought leadership in the AI community.
- Optimize model inference performance to ensure low-latency applications in production environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists on advanced machine learning techniques.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in deep learning, natural language processing, or computer vision.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong mathematical background in linear algebra, calculus, and probability theory.
- Proven track record of deploying successful AI products to market.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and distributed computing.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
