- Analyze predictive market data to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year adoption horizons
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and quantum research labs
- Present future-vision briefings to C-suite stakeholders and board members
- Design governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and autonomous system oversight
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic technology planning with 3+ years focusing on future-tech forecasting
- Proven track record in implementing disruptive technologies (quantum, neuromorphic computing, or synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Certification in Technology Foresight (e.g., from WFS or Foresight Institute)
- Deep expertise in exponential technology trends (Singularity University or similar training preferred)
- Experience leading global R&D teams in Fortune 500 or unicorn-scale environments
