Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and engage with potential clients in the Columbus, OH market to expand our client base.
- Account Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with existing accounts, ensuring high retention rates and satisfaction scores.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize advanced recruiting strategies to source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for open positions.
- Placement Execution: Manage the full lifecycle of the placement, from job order intake to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for both client and candidate.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends in staffing to recommend service improvements and new market opportunities.
- Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide weekly updates to the management team regarding sales pipeline and activity.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or B2B sales.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade.
- CRM Proficiency: Demonstrated experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Self-Starter: Highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
- Local Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Columbus, Ohio job market and business landscape.
