What You Will Do
In this role, you will lead the creative direction for high-profile client projects, ensuring our motion design standards are uncompromising. You will work in a fast-paced environment where your expertise in timing, spacing, and storytelling will directly impact our deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-fidelity 2D animations and motion graphics for web, mobile, and video platforms.
- Collaborate with UX/UI researchers and product managers to create seamless motion systems that enhance user interfaces.
- Mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering a culture of creativity.
- Maintain and expand our internal design systems, creating reusable assets and style guides.
- Optimize animation performance to ensure smooth playback across all devices and browsers.
- Present creative concepts and final deliverables to stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in 2D motion design, animation, or motion graphics.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of timing, easing, and the principles of animation.
- Experience with prototyping tools such as Figma or Principle is highly preferred.
- A strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating a range of styles and technical capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions to non-designers.
