Responsibilities
- Design and maintain the visual identity and brand guidelines for web and mobile platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features and user journeys.
- Create high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and final assets using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and iterate on solutions.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to the design team.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging design technologies.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in 2D design, UI/UX, or graphic design.
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
- A strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating experience in UI/UX design, illustration, and motion graphics.
- Experience working with design systems and component libraries.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex design concepts effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
