Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and create high-quality 2D animations and motion graphics using industry-standard software.
- Design custom character rigs and backgrounds that align with the project's artistic direction.
- Collaborate closely with the creative team to ensure visual consistency across all digital platforms.
- Optimize animations for web and mobile performance without sacrificing visual fidelity.
- Stay updated on emerging animation trends, techniques, and software updates.
- Mentor junior animators and provide constructive feedback during the review process.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (5+ years) in 2D animation, motion graphics, or character animation.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of animation styles and techniques.
- Excellent understanding of timing, spacing, squash and stretch, and other principles of animation.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team setting.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate creative concepts.
