Job Description
Are you ready to define the infrastructure of tomorrow? Chronos Dynamics is on a mission to pioneer the next generation of digital ecosystems, and we are looking for a visionary Senior 2026 Systems Architect to lead our strategic roadmap.
In this pivotal role, you won't just be maintaining legacy systems; you will be architecting the scalable, resilient foundation for our Vision 2026 initiative. You will bridge the gap between theoretical AI potential and practical, deployable engineering solutions.
We offer a competitive compensation package, equity options, and the opportunity to work in the heart of Austin's tech hub. If you thrive in ambiguity and love solving complex architectural challenges, we want to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Lead the architectural strategy for the company's 2026 technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- System Design: Design and oversee the implementation of high-availability, low-latency systems using microservices and containerization.
- Innovation Integration: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum-ready protocols) into our core infrastructure.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Establish coding standards and provide technical mentorship to junior architects and engineering teams.
- Security & Compliance: Enforce enterprise-grade security protocols and ensure compliance with US data protection regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior technical role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust; deep understanding of Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Futuristic Skills: Familiarity with predictive modeling or AI infrastructure design is highly preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving critical infrastructure issues and optimizing system performance.
