Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics governance frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory predictions
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments across machine learning pipelines
- Develop auditable documentation for high-stakes AI decision systems
- Lead stakeholder workshops on responsible AI adoption with C-suite executives
- Monitor emerging AI legislation and update compliance protocols quarterly
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed privacy-by-design principles
- Author thought leadership on AI ethics for industry publications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Law, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 3+ years in AI governance, compliance, or responsible AI implementation
- Deep expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging global regulations
- Proficiency in fairness assessment tools (IBM AIF360, Google What-If Tool)
- Experience with AI ethics frameworks (ACM, IEEE, OECD principles)
- Strong background in privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA)
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
