Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI architectures for the 2026 ecosystem.
- Lead the research and integration of cutting-edge Machine Learning models, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Optimize existing systems for speed, accuracy, and energy efficiency in cloud environments.
- Establish best practices for AI model deployment, monitoring, and maintenance (MLOps).
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of innovation.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to ensure our technology stack is future-proofed for 2026 and beyond.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specializing in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and CUDA programming.
- Proven experience designing microservices and distributed systems using cloud platforms like AWS or GCP.
- Strong understanding of deep learning frameworks and neural network optimization techniques.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
