Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for urgent client openings
- Develop and maintain active talent pipelines using LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Conduct client consultations to refine job requirements and expectations
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from offer to onboarding
- Track metrics and optimize recruitment strategies weekly
- Build relationships with hiring managers at Fortune 500 companies
- Present compelling candidate profiles with actionable insights
Qualifications
- 3+ years of corporate or agency recruiting experience
- Proven track record of placing 20+ candidates monthly
- Expertise in ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to close candidates within 48-hour turnaround
- Strong understanding of Miami's job market dynamics
- BS/BA in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) designation a plus
