- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and job boards efficiently
- Present qualified candidates to clients and negotiate placement terms
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize hiring strategies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment or staffing agency experience
- Proven track record of meeting KPIs in candidate placement
- Strong knowledge of Baltimore's job market and industries
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
