Responsibilities
- Execute the full lifecycle of recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
- Utilize various channels (LinkedIn, Indeed, networking) to identify and attract passive candidates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements.
- Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and salary benchmarks.
- Ensure a superior candidate experience through timely communication and professional follow-up.
- Manage applicant data accurately within our ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of the Virginia Beach local market and industrial landscape.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with recruitment tools and social media platforms.
