Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates to clients.
- Manage a robust pipeline of job orders across various industries (Tech, Finance, Engineering).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their talent needs.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and various ATS platforms to identify passive candidates.
- Negotiate salary offers and close placements efficiently.
- Conduct market research to advise clients on salary benchmarks and hiring trends.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or talent acquisition.
- Proven track record of placing candidates in permanent roles.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social recruiting tools.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
