Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates via multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events.
- Conduct comprehensive phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate fit and cultural alignment.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for key client accounts.
- Manage client relationships to understand evolving hiring needs and deliver tailored staffing solutions.
- Negotiate offers and close placements efficiently to meet quarterly revenue targets.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide weekly performance reports to management.
- Assist with onboarding processes to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or sales is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and hit weekly goals.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local client visits.
