Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates using various channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from pipeline generation to placement and onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients (hiring managers) and candidates.
- Conduct market research to identify talent gaps and industry trends.
- Assist in the development of job descriptions and recruitment marketing strategies.
- Track key performance metrics to ensure consistent growth and efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or sales is preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and placement targets.
- Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of leads.
- Self-motivated with a hunger for success and a competitive spirit.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a significant plus for the San Jose market.
