Responsibilities
- Source and recruit candidates using various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent for immediate open positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific staffing needs and job requirements.
- Manage the candidate onboarding process and ensure a seamless transition.
- Track recruitment metrics and report on pipeline status to management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources.
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in various industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales and placement targets.
- Flexibility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced staffing agency environment.
