Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization, simulation, and machine learning applications
- Develop quantum error correction protocols to achieve fault-tolerant computation
- Collaborate with hardware teams to translate theoretical models into practical quantum circuits
- Lead research publications in top-tier journals and conferences (Nature, IEEE Quantum, etc.)
- Secure and manage government/private research grants for quantum initiatives

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum information theory
- Expertise in linear algebra, probability theory, and complex analysis
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and high-performance computing environments
- Demonstrated experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, IonQ, etc.)
- Strong track record of securing research funding or patents
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
