Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable system architectures for the Project 2026 ecosystem, ensuring high availability and performance.
- R&D Integration: Translate cutting-edge research findings into production-ready code and infrastructure components.
- Team Mentorship: Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Strategic Planning: Define technical roadmaps and standards that align with long-term business objectives and emerging technologies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software architecture, with a focus on AI, Machine Learning, or distributed systems.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust; deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Project Management: Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects from conception to delivery.
- Innovation: A strong track record of leveraging emerging technologies to solve business problems.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
