Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and machine learning applications
- Lead experimental validation of quantum computing architectures using superconducting qubits
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop quantum-safe encryption protocols

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Publication record in quantum computing or quantum information
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Strong background in linear algebra and complex probability distributions
- Experience with low-level quantum hardware control systems
