Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical milestones with business objectives.
- Identify emerging trends in AI, Quantum Computing, and Blockchain to forecast future capabilities.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration between R&D, Product, and Executive leadership.
- Prioritize technical debt reduction and architectural improvements for long-term scalability.
- Mentor a team of high-potential engineers and technical architects.
- Present complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders in a compelling manner.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Information Technology, Strategic Planning, or Product Management.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical transformations or R&D initiatives.
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies (AI, Machine Learning, Cloud Infrastructure).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration preferred.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
