Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts for 2026
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum AI, neural interfaces, sustainable computing)
- Analyze emerging tech patents, academic research, and competitor innovations to identify strategic opportunities
- Present technology strategies to C-suite executives and key stakeholders with compelling data visualizations
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators to secure IP and talent pipelines
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure technology adoption and ROI for future-focused initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with measurable market impact
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, generative AI, biotechnology, or sustainable tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with MBA preferred
- Exceptional data storytelling abilities using tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or major industry conferences
- Experience securing $5M+ R&D budgets and managing P&L for innovation portfolios
