Responsibilities
- Develop and articulate the comprehensive strategic vision for the 2026 Horizon Initiative, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
- Analyze emerging market trends, technological disruptions, and economic forecasts to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the design and implementation of scalable operational frameworks for 2026.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Oversee the integration of next-generation AI and automation tools into legacy systems.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of strategic initiatives and pivot strategies as necessary.
- Establish thought leadership within the industry through white papers, speaking engagements, and internal workshops.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, business development, or a related technical field.
- Proven track record of leading complex, multi-year initiatives with a focus on future-state planning.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Blockchain, and Quantum Computing as they relate to business operations.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data from diverse sources to forecast future scenarios.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Computer Science, or a related technical field is preferred.
