Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or Quantum Engineering with 3+ years of industry experience
- Expertise in quantum error correction, fault-tolerant computing, and quantum cryptography
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and classical Python/C++
- Publication record in Nature/Science or equivalent quantum computing journals
