Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning long-term business goals with emerging tech capabilities.
- Lead the architectural design of hybrid cloud and on-premise ecosystems optimized for next-gen AI workloads.
- Evaluate and pilot emerging technologies (e.g., Blockchain, Edge Computing, Generative AI) to determine feasibility and integration points.
- Oversee the migration strategy towards sustainable, energy-efficient data center operations.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to communicate complex technical visions and secure budget for innovation projects.
- Mentor a team of mid-level architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and future-focused thinking.
- Establish governance frameworks to ensure scalability and security as our systems evolve.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, system engineering, or IT strategy, with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic advisory capacity.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives and delivering complex technical solutions on time.
- Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong expertise in data strategy, cybersecurity frameworks, and AI ethics.
- Exceptional ability to forecast industry trends and translate them into business value.
- Outstanding communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
