Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026 technology roadmap integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech innovations
- Lead market research and competitive analysis for emerging tech trends
- Collaborate with engineering teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage R&D budgets and vendor partnerships for emerging technologies
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future tech adoption strategies
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and ethical implications of new technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, product development, or innovation management
- Proven track record in launching disruptive technologies (AI/quantum/biotech preferred)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Deep understanding of emerging tech ecosystems and market dynamics
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management experience
- Certification in technology strategy or innovation management (e.g., CTO Academy)
