Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market projections

- Develop patentable frameworks for human-AI collaboration systems
- Present strategic forecasts to C-suite and venture partners
- Mentor junior futurists in speculative design methodologies
- Establish ethical governance protocols for autonomous systems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech innovation or futures research
- Published thought leadership on AI, quantum, or climate tech
- Expertise in speculative design and scenario planning frameworks
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulation tools
- Proven track record of scaling R&D initiatives from concept to market
- Fluency in systems thinking and complex adaptive systems modeling
- Experience securing federal grants for emerging tech research
