- Secure $5M+ in government grants for quantum research initiatives

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum programming experience (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Published research in quantum error correction or fault-tolerant computing
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and variational algorithms
- Deep understanding of NISQ-era hardware limitations and workarounds
- Strong background in complex systems theory and topological quantum computing
- Track record of securing NSF or DoE quantum research funding
- Proficiency in high-performance computing environments
