Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Develop quantum algorithms to solve optimization and simulation problems intractable for classical systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to define quantum processor specifications and error correction protocols
- Create quantum software frameworks enabling seamless integration with classical computing environments
- Lead quantum security initiatives including post-quantum cryptography implementations
- Present quantum technology roadmaps to C-suite executives and strategic partners
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and foster cross-disciplinary innovation
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
