Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant design
- Publish record in Nature/Science journals on quantum computing breakthroughs
- Mastery of Q#, Qiskit, or similar quantum programming frameworks
- Experience with cryogenic quantum hardware systems
