Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in AI ethics, responsible AI, or algorithmic governance roles
- Expertise in bias detection techniques and fairness metrics for ML models
- Published work on AI ethics or policy in peer-reviewed journals
- Strong understanding of emerging AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Experience with cross-functional stakeholder engagement in tech environments
- Proficiency in Python for ethics auditing tools development
