- Assist in resource allocation and coordinate team meetings to align on project goals.
- Monitor project budgets and track expenses against the allocated funds.
- Provide administrative support to the Project Manager and team members as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in project coordination or administrative support roles is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
