Responsibilities
- Manage incoming communications via email and phone, ensuring professional and timely responses.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the department.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and general correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Support office operations by handling inventory, supply orders, and mail distribution.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in administrative or office support roles is a plus.
