- Resume Screening: Conduct thorough and efficient screening of incoming resumes to match open positions with qualified candidates.
- Interview Coordination: Manage the end-to-end scheduling process for candidate and client interviews, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Candidate Communication: Establish and maintain professional relationships with applicants, providing timely feedback and updates.
- Market Research: Stay informed about local Memphis labor market trends and salary benchmarks to advise clients effectively.
- Database Management: Maintain and update our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate information and hiring statuses.
- Onboarding Support: Assist in the orientation process for temporary placements to ensure successful integration.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or customer service is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Organization: Proven ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy office setting.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Local Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Memphis, TN job market and community.
- Flexibility: Ability to work a part-time schedule with potential for occasional overtime during peak hiring seasons.
