- ATS Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System.
- Client Collaboration: Communicate regularly with account managers to understand staffing needs and market trends.
- Candidate Engagement: Provide exceptional feedback and support to candidates throughout the interview process.
- Market Research: Identify emerging skill gaps in the Denver market to help shape our recruitment strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment, staffing, or sales is preferred.
