In this role, you will play a pivotal role in our talent acquisition process, working closely with our clients to understand their hiring needs and finding the perfect candidates to fill their roles.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough screening of resumes and applications to identify top-tier talent for open positions.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates within the Columbus area.
- Utilize various sourcing tools, including LinkedIn and job boards, to attract passive candidates.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Conduct preliminary phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Assist with onboarding paperwork and orientation for selected candidates.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, or a similar HR-related field is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn).
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business or HR is a plus.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the Columbus metro area.
