- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to offer acceptance and onboarding support
- Utilizing our CRM system to track candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records

- Collaborating with senior recruiters to develop strategic hiring solutions for client partners
Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruitment or staffing agency experience with proven placement success
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with strong relationship-building abilities
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday)
- Deep understanding of San Francisco's diverse industries and talent landscape
