Responsibilities
- Screening & Sourcing: Conduct initial phone screenings and resume reviews to identify qualified candidates for open roles in Mesa.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, understanding their specific hiring needs.
- Job Posting: Manage job boards and social media channels to attract a diverse talent pool.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers efficiently.
- Onboarding Support: Assist in the orientation process for temporary and contract employees to ensure smooth transitions.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, polished demeanor.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
