Responsibilities
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking) to identify and attract qualified candidates for open positions.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Client Consultation: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Placement Coordination: Manage the interview scheduling process and facilitate the onboarding of new hires.
- Database Management: Maintain an up-to-date applicant tracking system (ATS) and candidate database.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources is highly preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally at all levels.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines efficiently.
- Tools: Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook).
- Flexibility: Ability to work a part-time schedule (e.g., 20-30 hours per week) that meets business demands.
