Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, and networking events
- Conduct in-depth behavioral interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit
- Manage end-to-end candidate onboarding and documentation processes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both job seekers and client companies
- Analyze hiring trends and market demands to refine recruitment strategies
- Utilize ATS systems to track candidate pipelines and placement metrics
- Collaborate with sales team to understand client staffing requirements
- Represent the agency at industry events and job fairs across Georgia
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 1-2 years of recruitment or customer service experience
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday)
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Valid Georgia driver's license for occasional client meetings
