Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, and networking
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations
- Match candidates with client requirements while maintaining quality standards
- Manage candidate pipelines and provide regular updates to hiring managers
- Facilitate interview logistics and coordinate between candidates and clients
- Build and maintain relationships with both candidates and client partners
- Utilize ATS systems to track applications and ensure data accuracy
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of recruiting/staffing experience or related HR background
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse)
