Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for temporary and contract-to-hire positions across diverse industries
- Manage client relationships through regular communication and staffing need assessments
- Coordinate interview scheduling and onboarding processes for new hires
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Collaborate with sales team to develop staffing strategies for corporate clients
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent pools and industry trends
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and agency policies
Qualifications
- 1+ years of staffing, recruiting, or HR coordination experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with candidates and clients
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Illinois driver's license and reliable transportation
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
